Solar activity is expected to be at R1-R2 levels over 15-Dec, with a
chance of R3 flaring, as three new sunspot regions have shown high
flare potential. The solar wind speed is expected to be light.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0 level. Australian
regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 25% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
