Solar activity is expected to be at R0 levels on 14-Dec, with a chance
of R1 flares, as an emerging solar region has recently shown rapid
growth. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to light,
slowly declining as coronal hole effects continue to abate.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0 level. Australian
regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values to 15% enhanced. Isolated minor fadeouts possible.
