of R1 flares. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate,
possibly declining to light as coronal hole effects decline.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0 level. Australian
regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted
monthly values, with mild enhancements possible.
