Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 12-Dec. The solar
wind speed is expected to decline to light, as the recent coronal hole
high speed wind stream effects continue to decline. Geomagnetic
conditions are expected to be at the G0 level. Australian regional
maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly
values. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
