Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 11-Dec. The solar
wind speed is expected to be moderate declining to light, as the
recent coronal hole high speed wind stream effects continue to
decline. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be at the G0 level.
Australian regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near
predicted monthly values with fair to good HF conditions, with
depressions of 15% early in the UT day today then recovering. Isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
