Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 9-Dec. The solar
wind speed is expected to be strong due to waning, but ongoing,
coronal hole high speed wind stream effects. Geomagnetic conditions
are expected to be at the G0 level, with a slight chance of G1.
Australian regional maximum usable frequencies are expected to be near
predicted monthly values, with sporadic E expected during local night
and mild depressions possible for the southern Australian region.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
