Solar activity is expected to be at R0-R1 levels on 9-Dec. The solar
wind speed is expected to be strong due to ongoing coronal hole high
speed wind stream effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
at the G0 level, with a chance of G1. Australian regional maximum
usable frequencies are expected to be near predicted monthly values,
with sporadic E expected during local night and mild depressions
possible for the southern Australian region. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
