Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 22-Aug,
with a chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to
moderate. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected over 22-23 Aug due
to the combination of anticipated arrival of recent CMEs and coronal
hole effects. Degraded HF conditions are possible for middle to high
latitudes, particularly during local night hours.
