Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on UT day 23-Aug,
with a chance of R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong to
moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected on 23-Aug, with a
slight chance of G1 due to the combination of a possible glancing blow
from a CME first observed on 19-Aug, and coronal hole effects.
Degraded HF conditions are possible for middle to high latitudes,
particularly during local night hours.
