[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 07 September - issued 2315UT/06-Sep-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 7 September. The solar
wind speed is expected to be near its background to slightly elevated
levels due to possible coronal hole effects. Geomagnetic activity is
expected to be quiet with possible unsettled periods. Normal HF
propagation conditions are expected. No shortwave fadeout is
expected.
