Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 08 September with a
small possibility of isolated M-class activity. The solar wind speed
is expected to be near background levels. Geomagnetic activity is
expected to be quiet. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are
expected with a small possibility of shortwave fadeout.
