[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 06 September - issued 2316UT/05-Sep-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low to low on UT day 6
September. The solar wind speed is expected to be near its background
to mildly elevated levels due to possible coronal hole effects.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet with possible unsettled
periods. Normal HF propagation conditions are expected. No shortwave
fadeout is expected.
