[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 05 September - issued 2300UT/04-Sep-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low on UT day 5 September. The
solar wind speed is expected to be near its background to mildly
elevated levels in response to the possible arrival of weak coronal
hole effects. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be quiet with
possible isolated unsettled periods. Normal HF propagation conditions
are expected. No shortwave fadeout is expected.
