[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 30 October - issued 2332UT/29-Oct-2020

Low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 30 October; there is a
chance for an M-class flare. The solar wind speed is currently mildly
enhanced in response to a large northern polar coronal hole extension;
the speed is expected to return to its nominal levels by the end of UT
day 30 October. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected to be quiet
to unsettled. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected
today and MUFs are expected to vary between mildly depressed levels
and near predicted monthly levels.
