Low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 31 October; there is a
slight chance for an M-class flare. A light solar wind speed and
mostly quiet geomagnetic conditions are expected with a chance for an
isolated unsettled period. Normal to fair HF propagation conditions
are likely with a slight chance for short-wave fadeouts.
