[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 29 October - issued 2320UT/28-Oct-2020

Low solar flare activity is expected for UT day 29 October. The solar
wind speed is currently enhanced in response to a large northern polar
coronal hole extension and is expected to remain enhanced during UT
day 29 October. Global geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
mostly quiet to unsettled with possible isolated active periods.
Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected today and MUFs
are expected to vary between mildly depressed levels and near
predicted monthly levels.
