Low to moderate solar flare activity. Three large sunspot groups at
solar central meridian have shown some magnetic reconfiguration over
the past 24 hours. Minor coronal hole effects possible. Light to
moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet levels with
isolated unsettled periods mainly at high latitudes. Short-wave radio
fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications normal at low
to mid latitudes, although widespread HF radio degradations observed
local night hours. Some degraded conditions at high latitudes.
