Low to moderate solar flare activity as a large conglomerate of
sunspot groups approaches solar central meridian. Minor coronal hole
effects possible. Light to moderate solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions
at quiet to unsettled levels with isolated unsettled to active periods
at high latitudes. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible. High-frequency
radio communications mostly normal at low to mid latitudes, although
widespread HF radio degradations observed local night hours. Some
degraded HF radio conditions at high latitudes.
