COMMENT: Solar activity was Low over the last 24 hours with minor
C-class activity from regions behind both the east and west limb.
Solar wind speed declined gradually over the UT day from ~400km/s
at 00UT to be ~350km/s at the time of this report. Possible increase
in solar wind speed parameters due to minor coronal hole effects
over the next 24-48hours. The Bz component of IMF varied between
+1 and-3nT. Solar activity is expected to be Low for the next
3 days with a slight chance of an isolated M-class flare.

Observed Regional daily pc3 Indices 26 Apr :
      Darwin 8 (Quiet)
      Townsville 0 (Quiet)

      Canberra 0 (Quiet)

Pc3 pulsations are high frequency (10-45 second period) variations
of the Earths magnetic field. Daily pc3-indices are the daily sum
of 20 minute pc3-indices for that station and have been shown to be
well correlated with rejection of high resolution aeromagnetic
survey flight-line data.

NOTE: Indices may have been generated from data obtained in
cooperation with the following organisations: Geoscience Australia,
University of Newcastle Space Physics Group, Australian Government
Antarctic Division and International Center for Space Weather
Science and Education, Japan.

Quiet conditions are expected for the next 3 days with possible
Unsettled to Active periods for 27Apr-28Apr due to minor coronal
hole effects.
