      11-14, 17-23 UT at Townsville.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values with 20-30% enhancements
      after 09 UT. Near predicted monthly values at Learmonth
      and Perth. Spread F at Hobart 10-17 UT.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 25% enhanced.
