[ursi-commission-g] Com. G support fot attending the General Assembly

Dear Colleagues,

I have received several inquiries about the possibility of receiving
financial support from Commission G in order to attend the General
Assembly in New Delhi.
The URSI Scientific Commissions have a very limited amount of funds
dedicated to supporting scientific meetings and travel to the GA. Within
this budget, we shall do our best to help colleagues in attending the
meeting. But this will be only a complement for other sources of funding
and cannot cover all expenses (travel, living, registration fees).
The procedure will be as follows:
All funding requests should me sent to me (hanuise@cnrs-orleans.fr) with =
a
copy to Paul Cannon (pcannon@qinetiq.com). They should include an estimat=
e
of the total budget (travel, living, registration)and the amount of
funding requested from Commission G. They should also list the titles of
abstracts submitted in Com. G sessions and in other Commissions.
The deadline for receiving these requests is MAY 1st, 2005.
