2. FORECAST (11 SEPTEMBER - 17 SEPTEMBER)
Solar:
R0 solar flare activity is expected to be the predominant
conditions over the week of 11 - 17 Sep. There is a chance
of R1 for the first half of the week due to a large number
of magnetically simple sunspot groups present on the visible
solar disk.
Geomagnetic:
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected over 11-13 Sep. There
is a chance of G1 conditions over 14-15 Sep due to recurrent
coronal hole high speed wind stream effects. G0 conditions
are expected over 16-17 Sep.
Frequencies:
MUFs are generally expected to be near predicted monthly
values over the week of 11 - 17 Sep. There is a chance of
mild depressions over 14-16 Sep due to anticipated geomagnetic
conditions.
