2. FORECAST (31 OCTOBER - 06 NOVEMBER)
Solar: 
Solar activity is expected to be at the R0 level on 31-Oct. Solar activity
may increase to R0-R1 levels over the remainder of the week due to the
possible return of AR4246 and AR4248, which previously produced R1 level
flares. 

Geomagnetic:  
G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected on 31-Oct due to ongoing coronal hole
effects.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected for the remainder of the week. 


Frequencies:  
MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed on UT day
31-Oct.
MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values on all other days.
