2. FORECAST (28 NOVEMBER - 04 DECEMBER)
Solar: 
R0 with a chance of R1 given recent C class flare 
activity of AR4291 and expected recurrence of AR4274, a 
previous X class flare producing region from around 29 Nov.

Geomagnetic:  
G1 on 3-4 Dec due to expected coronal hole high speed wind 
stream effects. G0 on other days.

Frequencies:  
MUFs near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed on 3-4 Dec 
due to anticipated geomagnetic storm effects. MUFs near 
predicted monthly values on other days.
