Solar:
Solar activity is generally expected to be at the R0 level this week.
Returning region AR3590 which previously produced R3 level flaring is
due to return on 16-Mar. Higher level flaring is likely if this region
returns.
Geomagnetic:
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected this week.
Frequencies:
MUFs are generally expected to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave
fadeouts are possible if AR3590 returns on 16-Mar.
