Propagation conditions:

shortwave fadeouts are possible.

3. OUTLOOK (13 MARCH - 12 APRIL)
There are currently no strong recurrence patterns. There is
a possibility for mild degradations at high latitudes
on 23-26 Mar. Otherwise propagation conditions are expected
to be mostly normal.
