MUFS: 
MUFs expected to be near predicted monthly values for the week
of 06 - 12 March.

Propagation conditions: 
Mostly normal propagation conditions expected. Minor isolated
shortwave fadeouts are possible.

3. OUTLOOK (13 MARCH - 12 APRIL)
There are currently no strong recurrence patterns. There is
a possibility for mild degradations at high latitudes 
on 23-26 Mar. Otherwise propagation conditions are expected 
to be mostly normal.

particularly at solar maximum.
