2. FORECAST (31 JULY - 06 AUGUST)
MUFS: MUFs depressed 10-15% over 31-Jul to 02-Aug. Strongest depressions likely
during local night hours.
MUFs near predicted values to 10-30% enhanced on other days outside of
geomagnetic activity.
Propagation conditions: Normal to fair over 31-Jul to 02-Aug, with conditions
being the most degraded during local night hours.
Scintillation is possible. Conditions are expected to be mostly normal after
this period, especially during local daylight hours.
T index: 118
ASWFC Preliminary HF Communications Warning 80 was issued on
28 July and is current for 31 Jul to 1 Aug. ASWFC SWF HF Communications
Warning 82 was issued on 29 July and is current for 30-31 Jul.
