shortwave fadeout 23/0338-0346UT. A previously flare active region
is returning to the eastern solar limb. The regions evolution (growth/decay)
during its far side transit is at this stage unknown.
Predicted Monthly T index for August: 119

ASWFC SWF HF Communications Warning 95 was issued on 26 August
and is current for 26-28 Aug.
3. OUTLOOK (04 SEPTEMBER - 04 OCTOBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
No significant 27 day recurrent patterns.
PLEASE NOTE:
Space weather conditions can frequently be determined by short
timescale events that cannot be forecast a week in advance,
particularly at solar maximum.
