2. FORECAST (26 OCTOBER - 01 NOVEMBER) 

MUFS: MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values
over 26-28 Oct. Depressions of 15-20% are possible from 29-Oct
due to potential geomagnetic activity from a coronal hole high
speed wind stream.

Propagation conditions: Normal over 26-28 Oct. Degradations
are possible from 29-Oct.

Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
2-6 Nov,  10-12 Nov, 18-19 Nov, 26-Nov to 2-Dec
