times at Canberra, Christchurch, Hobart and Sydney
08-20 UT. Night spread F observed at Brisbane, Hobart
and Norfolk Is.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values to 40% enhanced during
night hours.
