2. FORECAST (14 NOVEMBER - 20 NOVEMBER) 
MUFS:Mild to significant depressions from 14 to 16 November. 
MUFs near predicted monthly values for the remaining period.
Propagation conditions: Mild to signifcant degradation likely
from 14 to 16 November, otherwise HF conditions nearly normal.
T index:    -5
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 29 was issued on 
11 November and is current for interval  12-14 November. 
3. OUTLOOK (21 NOVEMBER - 21 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
21 to 23 November, 26 November, 11 to 13 December and 18 to 20 December.
