experienced 14-15 Sep.

COMMENT: Chance for mild degradation in HF conditions
on 10-11 Sep due to coronal hole high speed wind stream.
Effects expected to be confined to southern Aus/NZ region
(mid to high latitudes), mostly during local night hours.
3. OUTLOOK (17 SEPTEMBER - 17 OCTOBER)
Mild/moderately degraded HF propagation conditions possible
(southern Australian/New Zealand region):
14-15 Sep, 17-Sep to 20-Sep
