COMMENT: Depressions in MUFs and degradations in HF
conditions were observed from 24 to 28 October due
to coronal hole activity.

2. FORECAST (30 OCTOBER - 05 NOVEMBER)
MUFS: depressed 5% to 10% from 3 to 5 November, otherwise
MUFs expected to be near normal. SWFs possible early in
week.
Propagation conditions: Normal-fair from 3 to 5 Novemeber,
otherwise normal.
T index: 110
3. OUTLOOK (06 NOVEMBER - 06 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
03-06 Nov,10-12 Nov, 20-Nov to 25-Nov.
