2. FORECAST (13 NOVEMBER - 19 NOVEMBER)
MUFS: Near predicted monthly values to enhanced early in week with MUFS
becoming mostly near predicted monthly values for the remainder of the week.
Propagation conditions: Normal to good early in the week with conditions
becoming mostly normal for the remainder of the week.
T index: 120
COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 65 was issued on 11 November and is
current for interval 11-13 November, however, anticipated geomagnetic activity
and subsequent ionospheric depressions did not eventuate.
3. OUTLOOK (20 NOVEMBER - 20 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible: 20-28 Nov.
