On UT day 21-Mar solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance of
R1. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G2-G3 geomagnetic
conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions are expected
to be degraded. Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region
are expected to become depressed by 20%. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions are expected.
