On UT day 02-Apr solar flare activity is expected to be R0-R1. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected. A CME has arrived
weaker and later than expected, only moderately enhancing the solar
wind parameters and inducing little geomagnetic activity. The solar
wind is now expected to be light on 02-Apr, with an increasing trend
to moderate becoming strong on 03-Apr due to a coronal hole wind
stream. G0 geomagnetic conditions are now expected for 02-Apr and G1
conditions are expected on 03-Apr. HF radio propagation conditions are
now expected to be normal on 02-Apr. Maximum usable frequencies in the
Australian region are expected to be near predicted monthly values to
15% enhanced. Isolated minor fadeouts are possible.
