Solar activity on UT day 24-Sep is expected to at the R0 level with a
chance of R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong trending to moderate. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions
are expected to be mostly normal. Maximum usable frequencies in the
Australian region are expected to near predicted values to enhanced by
15%. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
