Solar activity on UT day 23-Sep is expected to at the R0 level with a
chance of R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong due to coronal
hole high speed wind stream effects. G0 geomagnetic conditions are
expected with a chance of G1 conditions. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be mostly normal. Maximum usable
frequencies in the Australian region are expected to near predicted
values to enhanced by 15%. Isolated minor shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
