Solar activity on UT day 17-Oct is expected to be at R1-R2 levels. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected, with a chance of S1.
The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0-G1 geomagnetic
conditions are expected due to two possible late CME arrivals. HF
radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be
generally near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
probable.
