Solar activity on UT day 30-Nov is expected to be R1-R2. An increase
in solar flare activity is expected due to large solar region AR4294
and the return of a previously active solar region. Another reasonably
large solar region appears to be closely following AR4294 onto the
solar disk. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong, with an overall
slow declining trend. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio
propagation conditions are expected to be initially fair then
improving to normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the
Australian region were mildly depressed by 15% after local dawn this
morning and MUFs are generally expected to be near predicted monthly
values. Frequent shortwave fadeouts are probable.
