Solar activity on UT day 17-Nov is expected to be at the R0-R1 level.
S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind speed
is expected to be strong to very strong, declining over the UT day. G0
geomagnetic conditions are expected due to the easing of previous
glancing CME impacts. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to
be normal. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region
are expected to near predicted values to 15% enhanced compared with
monthly values. Minor shortwave fadeouts are possible.
