Solar activity on UT day 16-Nov is expected to be at the R2 level,
with a chance of R3. S0 solar radiation storm conditions, with a
chance of S1 are expected. The solar wind speed is expected to be
strong. G1 geomagnetic conditions, with a chance of G2 are expected.
HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are
expected to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible.
