Solar activity on UT day 10-Nov is expected to be at R2 levels with a
chance of R3. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected on UT day 11-Nov,
with a chance of G4, due to the arrival of a halo CME. HF radio
propagation conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable
frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be near
predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are
probable.
