Solar activity on UT day 09-Nov is expected to be at R1-R2 levels with
a chance for R3. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected, with a chance of G1 due to ongoing coronal hole and
coronal mass ejection (CME) effects. G3 with a chance for G4
geomagnetic conditions are expected on UT day 11-Nov. HF radio
propagation conditions are expected to be normal to fair, becoming
fair by 12-Nov. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
enhanced. MUFs may be degraded by 20% on 12-Nov. Shortwave fadeouts
are possible.
