On UT day 16-Jan solar activity is expected to be R0-R1. S0 solar
radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind is expected to
be moderate. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected on 16-Jan and G0,
chance G1 conditions expected for 17-18 Jan due to a coronal hole wind
stream. Maximum usable frequences are expected to be 15% depressed to
near predicted values in the Australian region. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be fair to normal, with degraded conditions
during local night hours and after local dawn. Isolated minor
shortwave fadeouts are possible.
