Solar activity on UT day 02-Jan is expected to be R0-R1 with a chance
for R2-R3 events. The solar wind speed is expected to be high to
moderate. Initially there is a chance for G2-G3 geomagnetic
conditions, easing to mostly G0 by the end of the day. HF radio
propagation is expected to be degraded. Maximum usable frequencies are
expected to be depressed by 30%. S0 solar radiation storm conditions
are expected.
