On UT day 9-Dec solar activity is expected to be R2-R3. The solar wind
speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G3 geomagnetic conditions
are expected, due to the arrival of a CME, first observed on the
06-Dec. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be fair-poor,
given this CME. Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region
are expected to be near predicted monthly values. S0 solar radiation
storm conditions are expected. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
