On UT day 8-Dec solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a chance
of R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions expected, however G3 conditions are expected by 9-Dec. HF
radio propagation conditions are expected to be normal on 8-Dec before
becoming degraded on 9-Dec. Maximum usable frequencies in the
Australian region are expected to be near predicted values to 20%
enhanced on 8-Dec. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
