[ips-sf] ASWFC Summary Forecast for 15 April - issued 2308UT/14-Apr-2025 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

On UT day 15-Apr solar activity is expected to be at the R1 level with
a chance of R2. A currently flare active solar region is rotating off
the solar disk. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind is expected to be initially light increasing to strong,
with a CME shock arrival expected late in the UT day. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are initially expected, increasing to G1-G2 activity late
in the UT day and continuing into 16-Apr. HF radio propagation
conditions are initially expected to be normal, becoming fair to poor
for the southern Australian region late in the UT day and into 16-Apr.
Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region are expected to be
initially near predicted values, becoming 15-20% depressed for the
southern Australian region from late in the UT day and into 16-Apr.
Northern Australian region ionospheric conditions are expected to
remain near normal.
