Solar activity on UT day 18-Sep is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be moderate. G0-G1 geomagnetic
conditions are expected as CME effects abate. S0 solar radiation
storms are expected, with a chance of S1. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be mostly normal. Maximum useable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values to
15% enhanced. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
